Over years of development, ITC JSC has been a pioneer in all fields, including applying ISO 9001 – 2008 from the very beginning of the 21st century into its activities. Among them is the ISO standardization system on the ITC Portal.
The ITC Portal creates an electronic “paperless office” for all kinds of tasks, from administration to project management: consulting, bidding, signing and implementing. The portal is operated 24 hours a day, allowing company staff access at any time via the Internet by a variety of endpoint devices such as laptops, tablet computers, and smartphones. Information flows are continuously updated, tracked and processed from the start to end of each task.
Whilst the ITC Portal uses a complicated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) model, it is simple in aspects of administration and utilization. The portal ensures security through permission management and encoding every single important datum. It can carefully monitor the task-fulfilling processes of every company staff member to guarantee an effective, consistent, and timely operation.
Besides the ITC Portal, we also built a unified, fully functioning communication system that includes video conferencing, web conferencing, and instant messaging. The system allows company staff to connect, join conferences and share data with others anytime and anywhere, on any end-point devices such as the ITC Portal. Additionally, training, technology transfer, and technical support especially for customers overseas are able to be implemented via this system.
