• Job Description:
    • Prepare bank guarantee documents for each project (Bid Guarantee, Contract Performance Guarantee, Warranty Guarantee).
    • Prepare payment documents for domestic and foreign suppliers.
    • Prepare loan documents for each project as needed.
    • Record accounting transactions in accounting software (MISA).
    • Control and reconcile bank deposit/loan account balances with balances in the accounting software.
    • Prepare reports on bank deposit account balances; loan account balances; balance of cash flow payable to suppliers weekly/monthly to send to the Department Head.
    • Prepare reports on the balances of related accounting accounts weekly/monthly to send to the accounting department head; perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.
  • Job Requirements:
    • Graduated from a regular university with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Presentable appearance, good communication skills, dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive in work.
    • Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
