Meetings are completely secure due to separate password settings, independent of external connections, as well as the ability to customize speech interrupts.

When arriving at the company's headquarters for the first time, customers and partners will be surprised when entering a empty area; only the receptionist’s face on the screen says hello and welcomes guests, inviting them to press the button to open the door that directs visitors to the hallway to the meeting room.

For brief discussions, the receptionist can inform ITC staff to connect with guests through screen displays. There will be three collaboration points including: Staff - Receptionist – Customer. In case employees - especially ITC managers are not present at the company, Cisco Jabber software can be used on the Smartphone to make remote connections via 3G/Wifi for quick and direct communication.

On September 1, 2015, ITC officially launched the "virtual receptionist" system, connected via a Cisco DX-80 device.

In addition, the Company has also officially applied the collaborative communication system to hold a company-wide meeting with 4 points. 3 points are located in the Hanoi headquarters and 1 point in the Ho Chi Minh City office.
