1995
Company founded
Founded as a limited liability company: Telecommunications and Informatics Technology Transfer Consulting Co., Ltd (ITC Co., Ltd).
2001
Became a JSC
Converted into a joint stock company: ITC Technology Transfer Consulting JSC (ITC JSC).
2005
Built and applied a management system and achieved ISO certification.
Silver Partner & the second System Integrator of Cisco Systems in Vietnam.
Supplied Sun SPARC Enterprise M9000 servers.
Supplied Alcatel 5620 Network Management to Vietnam Telecom International.
2010
The first and only company in Vietnam to build Cisco CRS-3 & ASR 9010 networks for Viettel, and the IP Core network for operator Bitel in Peru.
Built the ITC Portal and moved all company workflows online.
2012
Built Cisco ASR 9010 networks for Mobifone and Vinaphone.
The first company to build a Public Cloud system for Viettel IDC.
The first company to build an IP Core network for Viettel and VNPT.

2014
Going global
Expanded our telecom and IT solutions to more than 10 countries worldwide.
Supplied the Alcatel GPON system for Viettel and DPI systems for 6 Viettel Global markets.
Advised Viettel on moving its Metro network strategy to the world’s latest technology, Unified MPLS; successfully built more than 50% of the Metro network in Vietnam and in markets such as Cambodia and Cameroon.
2015

Celebrated 20 years of effort & growth.
Strategic partner of Ericsson in OCS, NFV, M2M and GNOC Tool technologies.
Supplied the Packet Core EPC system for Mobifone.
2017
Expanded into Myanmar with a project supplying CGNAT core network security for Mytel.
Deployed the Ericsson OCS solution for VNPT.
Cisco: Top System Integrator for 3 consecutive years and Top Global Service Provider Partner for 4 consecutive years.
2019
A pioneering SI in consulting on and deploying IT Service Management & IT Operations Monitoring solutions for most finance, insurance and banking organizations in Vietnam.
Supplied & deployed the core network system for the Central Post Office, serving the National Specialized Data Transmission Network.
Supplied & deployed IT & cybersecurity systems for Voice of Vietnam (VOV), Noi Bai International Airport and DOJI.
2020
25 years
Celebrated 25 years: Spread the Value.
Became a Platinum Partner of Dell Technologies in Vietnam.
Deployed Dell EMC Isilon Big Data storage, the largest in Southeast Asia, and a supercomputer system for Viettel Cyberspace Center, the largest in Vietnam.
Supplied a Customer Experience Management system for Viettel.
2021
Became a Titanium Partner of Dell Technologies in Vietnam.
Supplied the first Cisco 8000 router in Vietnam to Viettel.
Supplied & installed a Switch and Segment Routing network for the Central Post Office across 36 provinces and cities in Vietnam.
Deployed a supercomputer system for Viettel Cyberspace Center.
2022
Deployed Cisco Telemetry, SDN Controller and Automation for Viettel Group’s IP Core network.
Deployed the latest Cisco DNA SD-Access Campus technology for ACB Bank.
Procured technical infrastructure, installed DC and DR equipment, and provided post-deployment support for the State Records and Archives Management Department.
2023

Deployed load balancing & firewall systems for Viettel’s IP network.

30 years
Celebrated 30 years: Change for Chance.
Deployed next-generation supercomputing and AI infrastructure for Viettel, laying the foundation for Vietnam’s sovereign AI and high-performance computing (HPC) capabilities.
The first company in Vietnam to consult on & deploy the new Nokia BNG-CUPS technology for Viettel.
Consulted on and deployed DWDM infrastructure for Viettel’s backbone, inter-exchange and international routes.
Supplied and installed airport management system equipment for the essential airport facilities under the “Long Thanh International Airport Construction Investment Project, Phase 1”.
