ITC at 22 – Radiant and Full of Faith

Summer is here, it has truly arrived!

When the golden sunlight shines brilliantly on every road and the cloudless blue sky signals the arrival of summer, our hearts once again fill with excitement for the annual “tradition” of ITC summer trips. This year, the ITC family celebrated the summer of our 22nd year in the beautiful land of Ha Long.

The 3-day, 2-night trip marking ITC’s 22nd birthday was filled with dynamic sports activities, stunning sightseeing spots, and a musical Gala night that couldn’t have been more explosive. On June 23, after a long journey, Ha Long welcomed us with its cool, salty sea breeze. Standing in front of the vast, wave-lapping ocean, closing our eyes and taking a deep breath to let the fresh sea air fill our lungs, our hearts stirred with excitement: Summer is truly here—let’s enjoy it! And so, with hearts full of anticipation, we stepped forward.

In this land of the sea, we fully let loose at the Sun World Ha Long Park. The thrilling rides at Dragon Park and Typhoon Water Park brought out the child in every ITC member—we laughed, we screamed, and we had fun just like carefree kids. The entire Ha Long city came into view from above on the Queen Cable Car and Sun Wheel. At night, Ha Long sparkled under the lights, with Bai Chay Bridge like a glittering ribbon spanning the strait. “So beautiful,” we all exclaimed in unison as the miniature city unfolded beneath us.

And of course, a trip to Ha Long wouldn’t be complete without visiting its famous landmarks. On the second day, we explored Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island. Immersed in nature’s magnificence, all worries seemed to melt away. Sunlight sparkled on the island peaks, the majestic Sung Sot Cave bore nature’s intricate carvings, and the deep blue beaches of Titop Island created a perfect blend of clouds, mountains, and sea.

ITC’s youthful and passionate culture has always been a signature trait, and during every trip, that culture shines even more brightly. The group activities in Ha Long were a natural bond, bringing members of the ITC family even closer. Laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments left a deep mark in our hearts. On Saturday morning, all ITC members gathered at the beach to join the regular fitness sessions we maintain—Yoga, Martial Arts, and Cardio. On the sand, the graceful, high-difficulty poses of the Yoga class, the powerful, decisive moves of the Nam Hong Son martial art style, and the energetic sequences of the Cardio class were a sight to behold. Agile movements, dripping sweat, and unwavering perseverance—our stronger, fitter bodies are a living testament to ITC’s relentless commitment to health and training.

Beyond the distinctly ITC sports activities, the Gala Night celebrating 22 years of ITC was a memorable feast for everyone in attendance. ITC’s achievements in our 22nd year, the ups and downs we faced in a year of economic fluctuations, the unique culture we’ve nurtured, and the heartfelt emotions of each member were beautifully captured in a video thoughtfully prepared by the organizing team.

A special highlight of the 22nd anniversary celebration was the recognition of our longstanding pillars—those who have contributed over ten years to ITC. The entire ITC family paused to listen to their heartfelt stories and to CEO Nguyen Quang Son’s warm reflections on their long journey with the company. It was a moment to understand, to appreciate, and to feel even more confident in our shared path.

After a solemn and proud ceremony, the ITC family dove into a colorful tropical-themed festival, radiating the youthful and passionate spirit of ITC. The art performances were meticulously choreographed, and the highlight—our unique Tropical Festival Fashion Show—lit up the room with laughter and endless applause.

Perhaps the most special part was the one-of-a-kind fashion show, where ITC members modeled creative outfits with unforgettable expressions. Each department presented themed looks that all reflected ITC culture, making it incredibly hard for the judges to decide who deserved to win the top prize.

NIIS’s frontline man and FAD’s supportive lady teamed up in a brilliant combo reflecting the spirit of their departments.

Super Saiyan and Master Roshi from CSC and IED amazed the crowd with their intricate and eye-catching outfits.

The love story of Mai Luong the tribal gardener (PRD) and Tri Chot the seasick pirate (CSD) won the audience over with their adorable and genuine performances.

The room erupted with laughter during Princess Hoabtp’s love triangle with two suitors—Tuan China, representing the school of fake food, and Honest Thang, loyal to clean, ITC-style food. Thanks to Thangkv’s standout acting, the trio from the Food Department got overwhelming support from the crowd.

The final couple from BMD and HQA, styled with a high-fashion vibe, left a lasting impression with their elegant yet confident presence.

Each duo had their own unique flair, making it extremely difficult for the judges to select a winner. In the end, the clean veggie couple from CSD and PRD triumphed and took home the top prize, met with thunderous applause.

The judges posed for a commemorative photo with the supermodels of the fashion festival.

And just like that, the radiant celebration of ITC’s 22nd birthday came to a close. In the hearts of every ITC member, the happiness, excitement, and pride still linger to this day. It was a meaningful time for us to pause, reflect, and reaffirm our belief in ITC’s accomplishments—achievements made possible by the efforts of a united team, guided by a visionary and wise captain. Hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, we’ll continue moving forward on the road ahead. Without a doubt.
