On the morning of August 3rd, 2017, at the Viettel Information and Telecommunications Technology Solution Center (Viettel ICT), ITC JSC, in collaboration with Cisco Vietnam, successfully organized the “Data Center Day” seminar. The event was attended by business managers and senior experts from Cisco Vietnam, ITC JSC, and Viettel ICT – a subsidiary of the Military Telecommunications Group.
Cisco Data Center helps customers optimize their infrastructure, simplify operations, and build an application stack on a cloud-based platform. The seminar was co-hosted by ITC JSC and Cisco Vietnam to update attendees on Cisco’s latest Data Center technologies and products, providing Viettel ICT with more options and solutions for system data storage and processing.
The seminar began with Mr. Bạch Ngọc Đạt – Deputy Technical Director of ITC JSC – introducing Cisco UCS (Unified Computing System). His presentation focused on Cisco UCS Fast Track, highlighting its unique structure, ease of deployment, and customer-friendly benefits. Following this, Mr. Nguyễn Sinh – System Expert from Cisco Vietnam – shared insights on “Cisco Traditional Data Center Fabric Architecture & Product,” a scalable, available, secure, and flexible infrastructure architecture that enhances operational efficiency.

During the seminar, attendees also listened to a presentation by Mr. Phạm Giang – Cisco System Expert – on “Cisco Next Generation DC Fabric Architecture (ACI)” and “Cisco UCS Director.” Mr. Phạm Giang provided in-depth knowledge on architecture design and emphasized the benefits these solutions bring. His presentation captured great interest from the participants.

At the end of the program, Mr. Hoàng Mạnh Hùng – Head of Information Security at Viettel ICT – was the lucky winner of the seminar’s Lucky Draw prize.

The seminar served as a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge on Cisco’s new technologies and how to apply them in practice. ITC JSC and Cisco Vietnam maintain close collaboration, with a shared commitment to continuously updating customers with the latest technologies to support the development of modern, efficient management systems.
