ITC Men’s Day – a special day dedicated to the men of ITC – left me with unforgettable experiences and emotions. Among the surprises, the most unexpected were the witty, meaningful gifts and well-wishes that the women of ITC had carefully prepared for the men on August 3rd.
One surprise after another, on the Saturday morning of the weekend, the usual meeting room was beautifully decorated by the skilled hands of the women for the Talkshow event to celebrate ITC Men’s Day. The anticipated Talkshow program promised to bring many emotional moments and heartfelt shares from the guests.
After the successful “Hervoice – Be a Confident Woman” Talkshow for International Women’s Day on March 8th, which revealed many hidden secrets, this time the ITC family was even more excited for the “Hisvoice – When Men Speak Out” Talkshow. This was a rare opportunity for the women to understand the men of ITC better.
With the full presence of the ITC family members, the warm atmosphere filled the room, and excitement was clearly visible on everyone’s face. The charming MC duo guided us through the Talkshow. We had Mr. Nguyễn Minh Đức, the man with fair skin that many women at ITC envy, with his sweet yet masculine voice, and the energetic, youthful, and passionate young woman from ITC, MC Nguyễn Mai Hương. This pair of hosts might be the best I’ve ever seen, with their constant smiles.

As expected, right after the professional introduction, the two MCs pulled us into a fun yet mind-bending game show called “Finding the ITC Goddess,” featuring three young, beautiful, and enthusiastic contestants. The three girls, Thunh, Mailt, and Phuongvt, quickly showed how “pure” they were as they easily overcame the tough questions posed by MC Minh Đức. The prize for all three players was a large, long, nutritious, and especially fashionable banana.

After the lively game show, the main part of the Talkshow began with three special guests, experienced pillars of ITC, sharing heartfelt stories: Mr. Nguyễn Quang Sơn – CEO of the company, Ms. Đặng Vũ Lan Phương – Vice CEO, and the beautiful Vũ Phương Thúy – representing the dynamic and passionate young generation of ITC.

True to the purpose of the Talkshow, the questions from ITC members to the guests revolved around topics that men are concerned about. From careers, health, and love to marriage and family, everything was answered sincerely and deeply by CEO Nguyễn Quang Sơn, a person who has lived through difficult times and built a career from scratch. He inspired everyone with his working spirit, determination to persist in training his health, and career life guidance for ITC’s men. From the perspective of a successful woman in both career and family, Ms. Đặng Vũ Lan Phương shared her thoughts on marriage and family, the challenges of being a company pillar, and how to balance family and career. In addition, there were witty answers from Vũ Phương Thúy, reflecting the thoughts of today’s youth on life. The differences between generations and genders led to diverse answers, bringing greater understanding and closer bonds to all members of the ITC family.

The event ended with a lucky draw featuring unique prizes for ITC’s men.

Although the Talkshow lasted just over an hour, it left lasting memories and unforgettable emotions for everyone. Especially for the men of ITC, we truly felt happy and grateful for all the thoughtful preparations by the women. It brought a lot of motivation and energy to work harder and contribute more to the company.
The “Hisvoice” Talkshow was a great success. The men of ITC would like to thank the women for the meaningful gifts and affection they’ve shown. This will be a memory we will never forget at the ITC family. We look forward to seeing you again on August 3rd next year, with more surprises and even more joy.
