Spring arrives with fresh green shoots, peach blossoms, and apricot flowers blooming brightly along every street, signaling the approach of a new year — the Year of the Dog, filled with Happiness – Peace – Prosperity. In the joyful atmosphere of spring celebrations nationwide, on February 10th, the ITC family came together for a festive Year-End Gala to welcome 2018, held at CTM Palace. The celebration was a heartfelt gift from the Board of Directors and the Trade Union to all ITC members across North and South Vietnam, in appreciation of their dedication and efforts throughout 2017, and to look forward to a new year full of dreams and bold aspirations.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed vibrant musical performances and a special “Táo Quân” skit, all brilliantly choreographed and performed by ITC’s very own talented and professional dancers, singers, and actors. Táo Quân ITC with a unique twist: Shark Tank-style
The Táo Quân skit has long been a spiritual staple for ITC members. This year, the Heavenly King, Nam Tào, and Bắc Đẩu transformed into “Sharks” following the format of the popular reality show Shark Tank – Billion Dollar Deal. The “Táos,” playing the role of enticing business pitches, were brought to life by ITC’s gifted actors, providing the audience with lighthearted entertainment while humorously reflecting on the company’s memorable events of the past year.

Besides the main act of the hilarious and meaningful Táo Quân, the young and talented ITC members also treated the audience to spectacular music and dance performances that rival professional television productions.

The big ITC family also took a moment to reflect on the achievements and challenges of 2017 through a special broadcast by ITC TV Channel Looking ahead to the new year, the ITC ship is sure to keep forging forward under the leadership of its talented and respected captain — CEO, General Director Nguyễn Quang Sơn.

The program ended with beautiful lingering emotions — the image of a unified ITC family from North to South, full of warmth, youthfulness, vitality, and always ready to embrace opportunities and challenges in the coming year. To every ITC member, regardless of how long they’ve been with the company — whether veterans or new arrivals — this year-end gala made it clear: ITC is not just a place to work or contribute, it is a home where members can pursue and achieve their dreams and aspirations together.
