With their powerful voices, our very own yet incredibly professional “in-house” MC duo ignited the vibrant and energetic atmosphere of the ITC family at the 2019 Year-End Party, held on the evening of January 20th, 2020.
As the new year of the Rat approached, the ITC Year-End Party held at Pullman Hanoi Hotel brought joyful, refreshing, and warm moments to all ITC members. It was a special occasion for everyone to reflect on 2019 and get ready for a 2020 full of “Determination – Breakthrough – Success.”
The party opened with a stunning modern dance performance to “Kill This Love.” Our ITC ladies cast off their usual gentle image and transformed into powerful, captivating dancers, delivering a thrilling performance that fired up the whole room.

One of the most anticipated parts of the night was a surprise kept secret until the last minute by the organizing team: “Talk Show with Celebrities” featuring the Deputy CEO of the Telco Division, the Deputy CEO of the Non-Telco Division, and the man “rumored” to be the most handsome in the Sales Division. The fresh format and heartfelt, relatable stories about workplace challenges and personal motivation, revealed through witty and probing questions from our charming MC Thu Hiền, brought a wide range of emotions and left a lasting impression on everyone.

At the sacred moment marking the end of the year, as the Year of the Pig drew to a close and the Year of the Rat approached, CEO Nguyễn Quang Sơn – who has been steering the ITC ship for the past 24 years – shared heartfelt words with the team. Expressing deep gratitude to all members for their contributions and efforts, he also passed on his hopes and energy for a solid, prosperous 2020 with many new achievements ahead.

Joining the festive Tet atmosphere were dazzling performances by the Sen Việt Dance Troupe. Graceful áo dài costumes in the “Vui như Tết” (Joy Like Tet) performance and the handsome singer with “Nắng có còn xuân” (Does Sunshine Still Mean Spring) lit up the stage, spreading joy and excitement as the new year approached.

Looking back at the past year, the Year-End Party was also an opportunity to honor individuals and teams who made outstanding contributions to the company and the Trade Union.

The emotional 2019 Year-End Party wrapped up the Year of the Pig beautifully. May these cherished memories remind each ITC member that they are part of a truly special family – a place where each person is empowered, recognized, appreciated, and given the chance to grow alongside the company.
