V/V: LAUNCHING THE CREATIVE CONTEST TO CELEBRATE THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE COMPANY’S ESTABLISHMENT
On June 27, 1995, ITC Joint Stock Company (ITC JSC) was officially established.
The upcoming June 27, 2020 will mark the 25-year journey of ITC — a journey full of tireless efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges, all for the growth and development of a stronger ITC.
To promote union activities and as part of the celebration series commemorating the 25th anniversary of the company’s establishment (1995–2020), with the approval and direction of the Board of Directors, the Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee is pleased to launch a creative contest titled “ITC in Me” with the theme: “ITC JSC – 25 Years of Spreading Values”
1. Purposes of the contest:
The contest aims not only to spark inspiration and creativity, allowing ITC members to express their thoughts, feelings, and pride in the company, but also to preserve and share memorable stories and valuable experiences of different generations throughout the journey of building and developing ITC JSC. These contributions will help pass on the legacy to future generations and serve as a valuable resource in building ITC’s traditions. Moreover, the contest is expected to foster strong internal bonds in both work and daily life among all ITC members.
2. Participants: All current ITC employees (excluding the Board of Directors).Each individual must submit at least one entry.
3. Content and Format:
3.1. Content:
– Personal reflections, thoughts, and memorable moments about individuals or teams within the company
– Highlights of company culture
– Achievements by the ITC team
– Constructive suggestions and contributions
– Outstanding events and activities throughout the 25-year journey
(The content is not limited. For example: expressing feelings about the leadership’s deep care for employees’ lives, such as carefully selecting clean food for the company’s kitchen or installing health-beneficial water systems.)
3.2. Hình thức dự thi:
The format is unrestricted and depends on each participant’s creativity. Examples include: Written works (poems, prose…)Photos, Video clips, Other creative products (handmade items, music, etc.)
(For instance, you may write song lyrics based on existing melodies — original compositions are a plus — or poems themed around the company.)
3.3. Timeline:
– Submission period: March 15, 2020 – April 15, 2020
– Judging period (3 rounds): April 16, 2020 – April 30, 2020
– Award ceremony: May 2020 (during the celebration of the 25th anniversary of ITC)
– Number of entries per person: Unlimited

– First Prize: 3,000,000 VND
– Second Prize: 2,000,000 VND
– Third Prize: 1,000,000 VND
– Team Prize: 2,000,000 VND
– Most Popular Entry: 1,000,000 VND + Xiaomi Automatic Umbrella
3.5.2 Evaluation Criteria:
– Expression: Well-organized, fluent, coherent, easy to understand. Bonus points for entries with illustrative images.
– Content: Creative and meaningful, clearly reflecting the contest’s theme and purpose. Highlights ITC’s cultural values, conveys messages, and fosters connection among ITC employees.
