In the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the Lunar New Year of the Tiger and bidding farewell to 2021, ITC members gathered for a cozy year-end party. Together, they reflected on the challenges and achievements of the Year of the Golden Ox and looked forward with excitement to the Year of the Golden Tiger 2022.
On the afternoon of January 28, 2022—the last working day before the Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday—ITC held its year-end gathering in the company’s meeting room in a warm and festive setting. The event was a greater success than expected, with the full participation of the Board of Directors and all ITC employees.
To kick off the celebration, a vibrant performance of “Tet Is Coming” by ITC’s graceful ladies in traditional ao dai costumes set the tone, filling the room with the joyful spirit of spring. Every movement and outfit was meticulously prepared, captivating the entire audience.
Following the performance, heartfelt and profound speeches from the company’s leadership deepened the occasion and instilled pride in the accomplishments of the past year. The Board also outlined ITC’s goals and vision for 2022 and introduced new policies and regulations aimed at optimizing performance and achieving even greater success in the coming year.
Next, the sweet melody of “You Are My Sunshine”, performed by two talented ITC members—singer Huongdt and guitarist Thanhlt—offered a relaxing moment for all attendees. Despite the busy end-of-year period, the performers dedicated their time and effort to rehearsals, delivering a truly memorable and touching performance.
ITC’s achievements in 2021 would not have been possible without the tremendous contributions and dedication of every individual and team. After a fair and objective assessment of employee performance throughout the year, the leadership team selected outstanding individuals and groups for recognition and reward. Notable awards included Best Team of the Year, SharePoint Rescue Squad, Deployment Rescue Team, Oscar Headhunter, Diligent Bee, and more. In addition, rewards were also given to enthusiastic participants in corporate and union activities.

The party reached its peak with the exciting “Lucky Draw” segment—featuring 9 valuable prizes awaiting the luckiest attendees. Each spin of the wheel had everyone on edge, holding their breath as it slowly stopped on the name of each lucky winner.

Afterward, members gathered by departments to take commemorative photos, preserving the cherished memories of this warm and joyful year-end gathering.
And finally, the celebration continued with a cozy lunch at Manwah Lotte Restaurant, where everyone enjoyed a hearty meal and reminisced about the memorable moments and efforts made throughout the year to overcome challenges—bringing the 2021 year-end party to a fulfilling close.
