With the theme “Innovating to Go Further”, on June 24 at Tràng An Palace, the Gala Night celebrating the 27th anniversary of ITC JSC (27/06/1995 – 27/06/2022) was held in a warm and intimate atmosphere with the participation of company members and the Board of Directors.

The Gala night opened with a stunning performance by ITC’s “golden voice” – Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Dịu from the Finance & Accounting Department, performing the song “Tàu anh qua núi”. The powerful melody and her sweet voice expressed the spirit of overcoming challenges and reaching new heights, igniting pride and determination in every attendee.

The audience then experienced a moment of reflection, looking back at ITC’s 27-year journey of formation and growth—from the early days of June 27, 1995, when Vietnam had yet to access the internet and the IT industry was still in its infancy. The first projects, initial partnerships, early achievements, and the remarkable milestones that led ITC to become one of Vietnam’s leading system integration companies today were all honored.
Over nearly a third of a century, ITC has constantly strived for excellence and achieved many successes, leaving a strong mark on the path of Vietnam’s IT and telecommunications development. Behind these achievements stands a brilliant “captain” and a professional, dedicated crew who have contributed wholeheartedly to the steady growth of the ITC ship. The image of a 27-year-old ITC—full of energy, ever-growing, and asserting its brand—left a lasting impression on every member, especially the younger generation.

In the moving atmosphere created by the Lookback video, Chairman Nguyễn Quang Sơn delivered heartfelt remarks. His speech was filled with stories of ITC’s history, deeply infused with the company’s culture and spirit. He expressed sincere gratitude and encouragement to those who have built, are building, and will continue to carry forward ITC’s legacy.

Without keeping the audience waiting, Chairman Nguyễn Quang Sơn, Vice Chairwoman Ms. Đặng Vũ Lan Phương, and CEO Mr. Nguyễn Minh Đức opened the champagne and cut the birthday cake to officially start the party. The pop of the champagne cork and the roaring applause were symbolic birthday cheers for ITC’s 27th year, bringing an atmosphere of joy and celebration to the entire hall.

Next, the Grand Finale of the “Lyric Battle” competition brought vibrant energy and laughter to the event. This karaoke competition was part of the anniversary celebration, open to all ITC members who love singing. After two thrilling rounds, Team 3 and Team 6 advanced to the Finals.

Everyone was eager to win, ready to buzz in answers to lyrics. The game show brought roaring laughter and unforgettable memories. After 8 songs, both familiar and new, Team 3 emerged victorious with a 3-1 score, earning the title of “ITC Music Idol” thanks to their precise lyric recall and sharp “error-fixing” skills.

After saying goodbye to the Lyric Battle, ITCers were once again delighted and amazed by the performances in the “Familiar Faces” competition, inspired by the popular VTV show. Team members from two departments were paired to form one team, randomly selected a song, and worked together to rehearse, record, and recreate the performance as closely as possible to the original. The final videos were judged based on a detailed scoring system.
The judges and audience were truly impressed by the teams’ investment in both visuals and video quality. Full participation, good singing, dancing, expressions, matching costumes, creativity, and humor were the criteria for selecting the best performance. Team 4 (FAD & NIIS Departments) won First Prize with a captivating cover of “Đóa hoa hồng”. Their bold performance left the entire audience laughing and applauding.

Second Prize went to Team 2 (CSD & PMD Departments) for their creative rendition of the iconic “ITC ca”, full of ITC’s spirit. Third Prizes were awarded to Team 1 with “Em của ngày hôm qua” and Team 3 with “Mang tiền về cho mẹ”.

Next, the program honored the winners of the ITC Sports Festival and Mr. & Ms. Sports held on June 5 at Rều Island, Ha Long. This trip was not only a time for relaxation but also for bonding and maintaining the company’s sports spirit. CEO Mr. Nguyễn Minh Đức presented awards to the winning teams and individuals.

And finally, the most awaited part of the night—the Lucky Wheel. To mark ITC’s 27th birthday, a series of impressive prizes were prepared to thank everyone for their relentless effort, dedication, and contribution to building a strong ITC family.
This year’s Lucky Draw featured many valuable gifts such as the Xiaomi Lexiu SS4 bladeless standing fan, special edition fingerprint lock notebook, Xiaomi portable pump, and handy wifi extender. Let’s congratulate the lucky winners of the draw:
