To commemorate this meaningful milestone, the 2025 Team Building event was held as a special tribute—an uplifting experience where every member came together to reflect on the road we’ve traveled and to reignite the passion that drives us forward. With the theme “Change for Chance – Transform to Break Through,” this year’s Team Building event brought an atmosphere full of energy, connection, and inspiration.
From the very first moments, every face lit up with joy—not just in anticipation of the exciting challenges ahead, but from the simple happiness of being side by side with colleagues, in a space free from deadlines, reports, and meetings.
The physical activities—including long jump, relay race, capture the flag, tug of war, and word-link challenge—were designed not only to test endurance and strength, but also to unlock the power of teamwork, coordination, and collective spirit.
Every cheer, every smile, and every celebratory handshake was a vivid testament to the culture of connection deeply embedded in ITC’s DNA.
