On September 7, 2017, ITC Joint Stock Company (ITC JSC) in cooperation with Cisco Systems Vietnam successfully organized a seminar on the topic of “Solutions to Prevent Targeted Attacks on Enterprise Network Systems,” showcasing security solutions tailored for the network systems of Noi Bai International Airport. The seminar was attended by representatives from the leadership, staff, and experts of Noi Bai International Airport, as well as business representatives and senior experts from Cisco Systems Vietnam and ITC JSC.
Opening the seminar, Mr. Đỗ Minh Trí, Business Director of the Government Sector at ITC JSC, introduced ITC JSC and the solutions and services it offers to customers. Mr. Trí expressed his honor in collaborating with Cisco Systems to organize this exclusive seminar for Noi Bai International Airport, based on the specific needs of the customer.

After Mr. Trí’s introduction, Mr. Hồ Hữu Thắng, Technical Director of Cisco Systems Vietnam, shared the challenges of information security during the ongoing Fourth Industrial Revolution. He emphasized: “The more complex the information system, the higher the information security risks.” It is estimated that by 2030, the world will have 500 billion connections, and information systems will become increasingly complex and difficult to manage, leading to greater information security risks. This highlights the need for comprehensive and practical solutions for businesses to protect themselves from information attacks.
Focusing on security architecture with the motto “Work together,” Cisco Systems’ solution for building systems to protect against cyberattacks is a simple yet effective and optimal solution that meets customer needs.

During the seminar, the guests also heard a presentation by Mr. Dương Trung Huyến, a systems engineer at Cisco Systems, who shared solutions on Next Gen Firewall Power, IPS, AMP, and methods for monitoring and detecting targeted attacks. His topic received numerous questions from guests during the discussion session.
