This beloved song resonated during the 2018 ITC Year-End Gala, carrying the spirit of approaching spring—full of youth, joy, and hope—as the ITC family welcomed the coming of 2019 with new dreams and aspirations. Held on the evening of January 30, 2019, at Thuy Nga Plaza, the Gala themed “A Year of Emotions” delivered a night filled with surprises, laughter, and warmth through a series of vibrant performances passionately prepared by ITC’s talented amateur artists and staff.
The annual year-end party is always a special occasion where the Board of Directors expresses their gratitude for the tireless dedication of all ITC employees. It is also a time for everyone to gather, reflect on the achievements of the past year, and ignite the motivation for even greater success in the new one.
In the festive atmosphere of spring—a season of hope, dreams, and family reunions—the show kicked off with the energizing “Flamenco Dance”, which truly lit up the room. The excitement and enthusiasm radiating from the young ladies of ITC filled the space with youthfulness and creativity, setting the tone for a colorful and inspiring evening.

The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the play “Chi Pheo – The Untold Story”, a humorous and engaging reinterpretation of the classic Vietnamese tale, focusing on the love triangle between Ba Kien, Thi No, and Chi Pheo. With witty dialogue and natural acting by ITC’s multi-talented staff, the play brought waves of laughter and delight to the audience. Much credit goes to director Khuat Van Thang and the passionate team from the PMD Department, who actively contribute to union activities alongside their professional responsibilities.

But alas, No had already stolen No’s heart.
The play concluded to thunderous applause and joyous laughter from the entire audience.
After the thrilling performances, the stylish and professional MCs Phuong Thao and Dinh Han took the stage, followed by the opening toast from CEO Mr. Nguyen Quang Son. In those sacred moments of the year’s end, he shared heartfelt gratitude to the entire ITC family for 23 years of dedication and growth, and conveyed his faith and aspiration for a united ITC moving forward under the message:”ITC – One Team, One Dream!”

This year’s Gala was honored by the presence of a true artist from the Vietnam National Academy of Music. Bamboo flute artist Nguyen Ngoc Anh and his wife Doan Bich Ngoc (a Ta Rung zither artist and HQA staff member) brought a unique and refined performance of traditional Vietnamese music that mesmerized the audience.

Year-end also marks the moment to look back on achievements and recognize outstanding individuals and groups for their contributions to the Union and the company, through awards and meaningful tokens of appreciation.

The program concluded with a quartet performance by four lovely ladies in traditional “ao dai” dresses, singing “Spring Medley by Your Side”, leaving the audience with joyful melodies and a sense of anticipation for the coming New Year filled with love and prosperity.
As the old year transitions into the new, these year-end parties hold cherished memories and symbolize the unity among ITC colleagues—those who are collectively building a strong and resilient ITC. More than just a workplace, ITC is a place where young professionals can express themselves, nurture their dreams, and chase their ambitions. Here, no challenge is too great when united under one shared vision:
