The drum beats echoed like the heartbeats of every ITC member—strong, eager, and full of anticipation—resonating in sync with the sacred moment of celebrating ITC’s 25 years of formation and development.
On June 27, 1995, ITC was born, entering the telecommunications field—a domain still relatively new at the time. Over the course of a quarter-century, ITC has continuously strived to maintain its position as one of Vietnam’s leading system integrators. The company has aimed to reach out to the global market through high-tech innovation, delivering real value to customers via flexible solutions and world-class services. These 25 years mark ITC’s journey of pursuing its aspiration to spread core values across every path it has taken.
On June 27, 2020, at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, ITC JSC hosted a warm and memorable Gala to celebrate this milestone, bringing together guests and ITC members. Beyond marking a meaningful event in ITC’s journey, the Gala also served as an opportunity to express deep gratitude to organizations and individuals who have accompanied ITC through 25 years of development. Honored guests included representatives from partners such as Cisco, Ericsson, Dell EMC, RSA, HPE, Ascent, Arbor, Nokia, Checkpoint, Fortinet… as well as former ITC pillars—individuals who once made great contributions to the company and now hold key positions in various organizations, yet continue to leave a lasting mark on the hearts of current ITC members.

The audience was captivated by a fierce, high-energy dance performed by ITC’s talented women. The event then transitioned into a reflective mood, looking back on ITC’s 25-year journey with customers, partners, and staff—spreading good values not only to life in general but especially to the IT sector. Following an emotional lookback video, General Director Nguyen Quang Son delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing sincere thanks to the guests and sharing his aspiration to build a stronger ITC as a leading SI in the future.

ITC’s achievements wouldn’t be possible without the dedicated contributions of its long-standing employees. On this special occasion, ITC honored individuals who reached the 10-year milestone of dedication. This year, Nguyen Tung Lam, Sales Officer, joined that prestigious group and received a commemorative award recognizing his 10 years of contribution. ITC also takes pride in being the “second home” and “beautiful youth” for many staff members who’ve stayed for over a decade, weathering ups and downs to build a resilient ITC as it stands today.

Fueling ITC’s continuous innovation, dynamism, and flexibility are its young, passionate, and talented staff, eager to shine in a professional environment. The song “ITC in Me”, composed and performed by newcomer Nguyen Thu Trang (External Relations Department), won first prize in a songwriting contest celebrating the 25th anniversary. The gentle yet hopeful melody and lyrics filled with trust in ITC’s future won over the entire jury.

One of ITC’s long-standing traditions—“homegrown performances”—once again delivered big. After the intimate dinner, guests and staff were wowed by a fiery, high-energy dance of “Kill This Love” by four powerful ITC ladies.

Youthful, vibrant, passionate, and full of energy—those are the words to describe the performance of “Sunshine Flower” sung by Dang Hien.

Our two talented MCs, Minh Tri and Thu Hang, once again showcased their versatility. Not only were they an excellent, well-coordinated MC duo, but also seasoned company singers. Their emotional duet “Heaven Calls Your Name” left the audience mesmerized.

Surprises kept coming! The ITC ladies transformed once more—this time into soft, pure figures in the graceful dance “Mang Chung”, captivating every eye in the room. A special highlight: almost all Gala performances were 100% choreographed and performed by ITC staff.

Finally, the most anticipated moment arrived: the “Lucky Draw”! To mark this grand 25th birthday, ITC prepared equally “grand” gifts. The First Prize: an iPhone 11 Pro Max—a top-tier device globally recognized for its quality. ITC’s Board of Directors drew names and announced the three lucky winners of the night.

The night concluded with the performance “ITC – The Bright Anthem”, the company’s traditional song now refreshed with a full choir and powerful choreography. ITC’s men and women gave their all to deliver a stunning finale—a perfect end to this unforgettable Gala night!
