The journey of “leaving all worries behind” to immerse in nature with the ITC family at Bùi Trám Eco Valley on April 1st, 2023, came to an end in a burst of energy and enthusiasm, embodying the spirit of “Unity Overcomes All Challenges”. The trip was a great success, filled with unforgettable memories and emotional moments that touched the hearts of every member.

Just an hour’s drive from the bustling inner city of Hanoi, the fresh air, open nature, and cool breeze of Bùi Trám, Hòa Bình helped soothe the stress of daily work and reignited the passionate spirit of ITC members, despite the drizzling and chilly weather. The program kicked off with light-hearted yet fun activities such as “Joining Hands”, “Flip & Reveal”, and the hilarious punishment round “The Ban Don Elephant”, which transformed the peaceful resort into a lively and laughter-filled place thanks to the ITC-ers’ contagious joy. The atmosphere gradually heated up, building the energy needed for the upcoming “real battle” among four competitive teams.

To the upbeat rhythm of the event music, four team captains made their entrance with creative and unique dance moves—something only found at ITC. Following their introductions, the four color-themed teams made their debut with striking names and slogans:
- White Team, with the powerful slogan “White Team, Always Wins”, officially declared their strength and challenged the others.
- Yellow Team, with the witty and metaphorical slogan “Four Nines”, symbolized resilience and unwavering effort in the face of challenges.
- Orange Team, inspired by racing stallions and the slogan “Galloping to Success”, made their opponents wary.
- Mixed-Up Team, with their quirky slogan “A Mess to the Finish Line”, showed a fiery fighting spirit behind the playful name.

Station 1: Teamwork Train
In the first challenge, the four captains became captains of their respective “ships,” guiding their teams to get as many members to safety within the allotted time. This game required absolute collaboration. All teams gave it their all, appearing equally matched. With clever strategy and strong teamwork, the White Team triumphed in this first challenge.

Station 2: Strategic Vision
True to its name, this game tested memory and strategic thinking. It was also an opportunity for team captains to demonstrate leadership. Players faced a matrix filled with hidden treasures under various covers. Each team member would uncover one, then had to put it back as it was. Winning required extreme focus and memory, especially tracking the movements of teammates and rivals alike.

With smart strategy and sharp thinking, the White Team again came out on top, scoring 4 balls. Close behind was the Mixed-Up Team, trailing by just one. Yellow and Orange Teams were less fortunate this round. Still, with the “Star of Hope” introduced in the next round, the losing teams stayed motivated and ready to make a comeback.
Station 3: The Race Track
This was the time for acceleration and breakthrough. Teams had the chance to use their “Star of Hope” here, raising the stakes and competitive spirit.

Players had to move quickly and place their hands or feet on three designated points printed on a tarp. Team members coached each other passionately, highlighting the power of collaboration and mutual support. Once again, the White Team claimed victory, showing not only strength but also mental and physical agility.
Station 4: Shared Goal
“One tree alone can’t make a forest, but three together can build a mountain.” That was the perfect quote for the toughest challenge of this year’s team building. Each team received plastic tubes and empty buckets. Members had to pass water by hand through the tubes to fill the buckets. The twist? There were only two water sources, increasing difficulty and tension.

As expected, the scene turned chaotic, with every team doing whatever it took to get the most water. Thanks to skillful leadership and relentless effort, the Mixed-Up Team took the win this round.
Station 5: Lifting Teammates (Final Round)
The final station brought the event to an explosive and determined finish. This was the last chance for the trailing teams to rise. In this game, three players tied their legs together with two ropes, worked as one to maneuver a ball, and shoot it into the goal as quickly as possible. The competition was neck-and-neck, with the referee calling for extra rounds and even blindfold challenges. Ultimately, with unity and an indomitable spirit, the White Team once again proved their strength and became the champions of ITC’s 2023 Teambuilding!

In spite of any challenges, with determination and unity, we will surely overcome and achieve success.
