Amidst the melodies and lyrics filled with the bustling energy of the upcoming New Year, the ITC family temporarily set aside the year-end busyness and eagerly packed their bags to celebrate the 2023 Year-End Party together on January 19–20 at An Lạc Eco Farm & Hot Springs, Hòa Bình.
Hòa Bình welcomed us with warm sunshine after countless damp, rainy days in the capital. A deep breath of the fresh, crisp air instantly swept away the fatigue of the two-hour winding mountain journey. Arriving at An Lạc, the ITC family grew even closer through many exciting “firsts”: the first time staying in a clean, spacious dorm room with colleagues, the first time making Cơm lam—a specialty of the mountainous region, and the first time letting loose so freely at a Year-End Party…

In this upbeat atmosphere, Chairman Nguyễn Quang Sơn – ITC’s founder, and General Director Nguyễn Minh Đức delivered heartfelt messages on behalf of the company’s leadership team. They expressed sincere gratitude to every member for their dedication and hard work for our shared ITC home. At the same time, they inspired and encouraged all ITCers to confidently embrace 2024—a year of change, breakthroughs, and glorious success.

Far from the dazzling capital, our trip to Hòa Bình gave us a special cultural treat with a Mường ethnic dance and bamboo pole dance—a unique highland tradition that further enlivened the party.
The energy peaked with one of the most anticipated segments of every ITC celebration: the Lucky Draw. True to its name, this part always has everyone on edge, wondering if luck will be on their side. This time, the organizers prepared a “rain” of prizes, hoping to shower everyone with good fortune and joy for the new year.
Closing out the evening was a karaoke session where departments and individuals sang their hearts out. Everyone had the chance to freely express their happiness and overflowing joy. We hope these beautiful memories will forever live on in the hearts of every ITCer—about this special ITC family, where each individual is empowered to reach their fullest potential and grow together to build a stronger, brighter ITC.
